Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to googlekaroshop ("we", "us", "our") for any service, including website, marketing, app and software projects.

1. No refunds

All payments made to googlekaroshop are final and non-refundable. This includes advance payments, milestone payments, final payments, monthly or recurring service fees, and payments for add-ons or changes.

2. Why we have a no-refund policy

For website projects, we offer a free demo before you pay anything. You can see your website design, check it on your phone and ask for changes first, and pay only if you like it. Because you decide after seeing the work, and because our team starts spending time and resources as soon as a payment is made, we are unable to offer refunds.

3. What this covers

• Change of mind after payment.
• Cancelling a project after work has started.
• Delays caused by late content, approvals or third-party services.
• Expected results not achieved, such as a particular Google ranking, number of leads, sales or ad performance, which we do not guarantee.
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting, paid ad budgets, software or plugin licences. These are paid to other companies and cannot be refunded by us.

4. If something is not right

If a delivered feature does not work as agreed in your project scope, tell us and we will fix it at no extra cost. Our goal is to deliver what we promised, not to leave you with a problem.

5. Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you accidentally pay us twice for the same invoice, or pay an amount that was not due, contact us within 7 days with the transaction details. After verification, we will adjust the extra amount against your next invoice or return it to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a payment dispute with your bank or payment app. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to the suspension of your website and services until the matter is resolved.
