Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of googlekaro.shop and to all services provided by googlekaroshop ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website, requesting a free demo or paying for a service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide website design and development, Google Business Profile and local SEO setup, WhatsApp enquiry setup, social media and online advertising services, e-commerce, Android apps, custom software and related digital services. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project is what we confirm with you in writing (including on WhatsApp) before work starts.
2. Free demo
- We may build a free demo website for your business before you pay anything. There is no charge and no obligation to buy.
- The demo is shared as a private preview link. It is not published on your own domain and is not made live until you purchase a paid plan (Starter or above).
- The demo design, code and layout remain our property until the applicable plan is fully paid. You may not copy, publish or reuse the demo without purchasing.
- Demo links may be taken down after 30 days if you do not proceed.
- We may decline or limit free demo requests at our discretion, for example for duplicate, incomplete or non-genuine requests.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices on the Website marked "se" are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your requirements and is confirmed before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include domain registration, hosting renewals, paid advertising budgets, third-party software or plugin licences, or government taxes, which are billed separately where applicable.
4. Payment terms
- Unless agreed otherwise, paid work starts after a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is due before the website or project is made live or handed over.
- We accept UPI and bank transfer. Invoices are issued for every payment.
- We may pause work or keep a project offline if payments are overdue.
- All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which is a no-refund policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, photos and logos on time. Delays in providing content can delay delivery.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, any content, images, trademarks or logos you give us. You are responsible for any claims arising from such content.
- Do not ask us to build anything illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful. We may refuse or stop such work without refund.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time when we ask.
6. Revisions and changes
Each plan includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Small changes are free for 30 days after launch. New features, new pages, or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately.
7. Timelines
Timelines we share, such as "7 days", are estimates and start after we receive the advance payment and all required content. We are not responsible for delays caused by late content or approvals, third-party services, or events outside our control.
8. Ownership
Once the project is fully paid, you own the final website content and design delivered for your business. The domain is registered in your name where we register it for you. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing code, templates, tools and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your website. We may show your completed project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
9. Third-party services
Websites rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting, Google, WhatsApp and Meta. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing or ranking decisions. We do not guarantee any specific Google ranking, number of leads, sales or advertising results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business or data.
11. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. Amounts already paid are not refundable, and any work completed up to that point that is not covered by payments made becomes payable.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you make a payment applies to that payment.
